When green fees are enough to make a travelling golfer blanch, there is at least one golf course in Hawaii where you can tee off for free.
Cavendish, a nine-hole course on the island of Lanai, asks for no green fees and dictates no starter times. Players simply show up
and tee off.
The course is one of 75 to choose from throughout Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai and the big island of Hawaii.
