Air NZ shares with Canada

Air New Zealand is expanding its code share agreement with Air Canada.

From June 5 the agreement will include seating on Air Canada flights between Vancouver and Montreal, Vancouver and Toronto and Vancouver and Calgary.

The move to include Toronto and Montreal will provide a link between the east and west coasts of Canada, while Calgary provides a link to the important Alberta province.

Air New Zealand already code shares with Air Canada between Los Angeles and Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal as well as between Honolulu and Vancouver.

Air New Zealand says visitor arrivals from Canada for the 12 months to March were 39,000.
