One of Sydney's best-appointed hotels is offering special packages to celebrate the opening of its luxury suites and top-drawer rooms.
Le Meridien Sydney, nestled between the inner-city's George and York Sts, opened in April and last month Le Royal Club opened on the hotel's top five floors with a selectionof 39 prestige rooms and five suites, all with views of Darling Harbour and the city.
Until the end of this month, travellers can stay in Le Royal Club for $A250 single to $A270 double a night.
All rooms have voice mail, modem access, direct-dial telephone, internet keyboard and Sony PlayStation.
Bathrooms come with robe, slippers and scales. A continental breakfast and evening drinks are part of the package.
