The Country's Jamie Mackay is pleased with the calibre of Highlander Joe Wheeler's guests this year after a dismal turn out for 2016.
Today it's the turn of Elliot Dixon to talk a bit of farming and footy with The Country host and our resident hardcase Highlander Joey.
Jamie describes
Dixon as an "All Black in waiting" whereas Joe prefers the more down to earth title of "the most unhygienic Highlander in the team". Nice.
After an in depth and somewhat unnecessary discussion about Wheeler and Dixon's showering habits the trio settle down to some Super Rugby chat.
Finally Joe Wheeler pays tribute to 22-year-old Bevan Moody, who died from a cardiac arrest whilst playing rugby. Moody has left a young family behind and his Waitohi Rugby Club has set up a Givealittle page to help them out.
