Richard Laugesen is a sheep & beef farmer and vineyard operator from Blenheim who recently attended the Rabobank Global Farmers Master Class in Zambia.
Laugesen learnt a lot over in Africa about their customs and how it affects agriculture.
One of the misconceptions about Africa is that it has anissue with water. This isn't true says Laugesen and ironically there is more of a water shortage back home in Marlborough where he says they haven't had rain for a month.
