The Government of New Zealand proposes to create a Supreme Court which would replace the Privy Council in London as the country's highest court.

1. Name 3 countries that use the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council as their highest court of appeal.
2. The Criminal Bar Association opposes the proposal because it says New Zealand is too _ _ _ _ _ for political impartiality to be guaranteed.
