SolNet stake sold

SolNet Holdings says a 51 per cent stake in the company, which owns the SolNet companies in both New Zealand and Australia, has been sold in equal shares of 17 per cent to John Hanna, Mark Botherway and Peter Weaver.

SolNet Holdings was previously 100 per cent owned by Murray McNae.

The three new shareholders have long formed the core of SolNet's management team.
