Virtual musos will be pleased to hear that Rock Band, the music-making title that goes head-to-head with Guitar Hero overseas will be available at the end of next month.
Rock Band gets players to form a band and hit the road touring, mastering lead/bass guitar, vocals ordrums.
The game already has a library of over 200 songs to buy through Xbox Live or PlayStation online, with tracks spanning goat-throwing genres from punk to metal or good ol' fashioned classic rock. A full list of tracks is available here.
Released in the US last year, Rock Band has picked up awards including the prestigious Game Critics Award at E3 2007.
