Mid-market enterprise resource planning software vendor Frontstep is re-establishing a direct presence in New Zealand.
Australia and New Zealand managing director Brenda Hunter said the new company, Frontstep New Zealand (FSNZ), would be headed by Keith Jessop, whose Christchurch-based systems integrator ECMA has supported and implemented Frontstep over thepast three years.
FSNZ will also bring over the three-person Frontstep practice from Auckland company Global Solutions. Frontstep, an Ohio-based company, was brought to New Zealand by Eagle Technologies eight years ago. It had its own office in Auckland, but passed responsibility to Global 18 months ago.
Hunter said Frontstep's worldwide revenue was $120 million. Implementations typically cost between $200,000 and $400,000.
