Some MySky HDi users who use the new-style lightbulbs noticed a lack of remote sensitivity, but tech staff at the network say they've already solvedthe problem.
Sky communications director Tony O'Brien says customers who report the issue will be sent a stick-on filter which goes over the unit's infrared sensor, and stops the curly bulb problem.
