High School student Robyn Gordon (17), from Inglewood, won the Western Districts Young Handlers competition in the final A&P show of the series at Levin last month.
Points are accumulated over four shows, including Hawera and Stratford.
Two years ago, Robyn was placed third overall, last year she was second
and this year she won by five points.
Exhibitors are judged on their own presentation as well as handling of the animal, and the class is judged by a panel.
Robyn is a fourth generation Ayrshire breeder and enjoys showing cattle from her family's Kenmure stud.
