St Mary’s dux

THE DUX for 2010 at St Mary's Diocesan School in Stratford is Jacqui Mellow of Norfolk Rd.
The 18-year-old won the school top senior photography award, was top in design and technology, won the Girdwood Cup for outstanding effort and the Porritt Prize for top arts student. She was also the arts captain for the school.
Jacqui's subjects this year were photography, art, design, economics and English.
Next year she will attend Massey University in Wellington to study for a Bachelor of Design, majoring in photographic design.
She said she would like to have a career in fashion photography.
