The Eltham Lions Club have donated a seat for the vestibule of the Eltham Health Centre.
Mangamingi Timber Supplies generously donated the timber from which the seat was made, while Bob Bramley of the Eltham Lions Club built the seat.
Glenyss Old was chairperson of the Health, Welfare and Community Concern sub committee of the Eltham Lions Club when it was suggested a seat be installed for people to sit on while waiting for their prescriptions to be delivered.
After discussions and looking into a range of options, Mangamingi Timber Supplies donated some solid macrocarpa to be used.
