Students from Stratford Primary and Toko School showed their enthusiasm and skill in a Rippa Rugby tournament on Thursday, May 28.
The closely fought matches were testament to all the determination of all the players along with the encouragement and support from the sidelines.

While it was Stratford who won the final, with a score of 11-9, both teams have gone on to play in the Champions of Champions tournament at Yarrow Stadium today, June 10, where they will play against teams from around the region.
The winning team from the championship goes to Wellington on an all expenses paid trip to the national ripparugby tournament and gets to spend a day with the All Blacks
