Nominations for the annual Stratford Citizen Awards are open with Stratford District Council wanting to recognise citizens of all ages who have made, or who are making an outstanding contribution to the general well-being of the district.
There are many people who work tirelessly for our community and it is a real pleasure to be able to acknowledge some of them.
Nominees will have shown personal leadership, inspiration and made a significant contribution to the well-being of the community.
Nomination forms for both the Citizens' Awards and the Youth Citizens' Awards are available from council offices, library, information centre or from council's website
Nominations close at 4.30pm on Friday, May 29 and a presentation ceremony will be held on July 15.
