The Stratford High School student council "put the jug on" for Oxfam on Thursday morning.
The Oxfam "put the jug on" morning tea is a nationwide annual event and this year's aim is to fundraise to support the victims of the Nepal earthquake.
Student council members provided a morning tea for the staff who all made a donation to the cause.
Wendy Walker, associate principal, says Oxfam have hit the ground running in Nepal and the students wanted to do their bit to help those affected by the quake.
Along with the morning tea which raised over $400, the student council co-ordinated a mufti day last week which raised over $1000 in donations.
