Faye Phillips and Tom Mills are excited to be opening the doors of their new business Travelsmart Stratford on Broadway.

Faye says both she and Tom describe themselves as being passionate about the industry and all aspects of travel, "we love helping people choose their holiday, and we love hearing about it when they come back".

With many years experience in the industry, Faye and Tom have a wealth of knowledge about all types of travel whether it be tours, cruises or visa requirements.

In their experience the pair have seen many changes in the travel industry, and Faye says they both feel that clients still appreciate having the experience of a travel consultant.

"To take the stress out of planning their holidays and to ensure they are getting the holiday they want."

Tom adds with booking your own holiday the traveller carries more risk.

Having lived in Stratford for 13 years the couple say opening up a travel agency in the town was "an obvious choice".

Having owned two travel businesses together in the past, Tom and Faye say they work well together and are confident in the service they provide.

From cruising the European rivers, a trip to the South Island or a tour across America, they enjoy matching travellers to their perfect destinations and experiences. "With the advances of internet based travel we can offer our clients endless opportunities and experiences," says Faye.

Some of their clients come from Wellington, the South Island or even Australia, choosing to book through Faye and Tom based on previous experiences with them.

The doors to the business are already open with clients coming in to book their travel with Faye and Tom. "We love meeting new people, so pop in and have a chat, we are sure to be able to help you in choosing your next holiday, meaning your relaxation can start even earlier as you leave the planning to the experts."
