Award winning New Zealand singer song writer Asch-Rose will be performing her unique style of acoustic music at Colonel Malone's on Saturday, June 13.
Owen Brighurst, manager at Colonel Malone's Restaurant and Bar, says he was delighted to be approached by the musician to play a night at the restaurant and bar. "Asch-Rose is playing a gig in New Plymouth the following night and approached us for the Saturday."
The evening will be well worth coming along to, Asch-Rose has won numerous awards in both New Zealand and Australia for her original music.
Asch-Rose will be playing a combination of originals and some well known covers. The singer song writer says she draws inspiration from folk, country and blues legends, Bob Dylan, Ray Charles, Eric Clapton and Johnny Cash.
Owen says it will be a great night of entertainment with the easy listening music being performed in both the restaurant and bar sections of Colonel Malone's. He adds that the previous live music performances have had a great turn out of audience members and encourages the community to join them for another entertaining night of live music.
