The 'good sorts' at Kaponga Four Square caught a lot of attention on Instagram this week with a care package filled with lollies.
One radio DJ's week was made a little sweeter after receiving bags of Pascals Liquorice All Sorts from Karl and Tina Turner the Kaponga store owners. "He spent one morning show complaining that Pascal has decided to discontinue the lollies so we and the staff thought why not send him a stash," says Tina.
While many New Zealanders may be disheartened by the discontinuation of the sweet treats, Tina says the lollies weren't their biggest seller.
"We figured if it would stop him complaining we could spare the bags."
The shop owners act of kindness was quickly shared online when the package arrived creating a buzz on social media.
