Yachting: NZers claim top-10 finishes at junior world champs

Four New Zealand crews secured top-10 finishes at the junior world yachting championships which concluded in Weymouth, England.

The best performance was from Tauranga pair Jason Saunders and Bruce Kennedy in the boy's 420 double-handed class, fifth in a fleet of 35.

Matt Coutts, nephew of America's Cup-winning skipper Russell Coutts, were sixth in the laser division.

Boardsailors Scott Davies and Justina Sellers claimed 10th and ninth place in the boy's and girl's divisions respectively.
