Racing has had to be compressed in the remaining three days after a second consecutive day of little wind at the Rio Olympic sailing test regatta.
New Zealand 49er pair Peter Burling and Blair Tuke remain on top of their class, but had no racing today.
"It's been tricky for the race officers the last couple of days," New Zealand team manager Jez Fanstone said. "We haven't had good steady winds and so it's been really hard to set a course. And it's also been really tricky to sail in."
An example of the compression which could come in is in the Nacra 17 class, where Jason Saunders and Gemma Jones, who sit fourth overall after second and sixth placings today, are facing four races tomorrow.
"That'll be fun," Jones quipped.
"I think there is a bit more breeze scheduled, which will be nice, to get a good range of conditions. And it's all very close on points so tomorrow will be a big day."
Alex Maloney and Molly Meech finished 13th in their 49er FX class, to sit sixth overall.
Finn sailor Josh Junior had his best result of the regatta, a second placing, in his first race today but then posted a 17th, which becomes his drop off score. He sits seventh overall on 23 points.
Andy Maloney was third in his Laser class race, his best result, which lifted him from 10th to eighth.
There was also one race apiece for the men's and women's 470 crews. Paul Snow-Hansen and Daniel Willcox were 16th, and sit 16th overall; while Olympic champions Jo Aleh and Polly Powrie were 12th, and are ninth overall.
