Yachting: Light winds hamper Cup regatta

New Zealand sailors at the fifth round of the World Cup for Olympic class regatta at Medemblik, the Netherlands, struggled with light, shifting wind on day two. Just one race was possible in the men's RSX.

Jon-Paul Tobin finished ninth to drop two places in the standings to eighth but remains the best placed of the four New Zealanders at the meet.

Two races were run in the 49ers. Peter Burling and Blair Tuke, who scored a seventh and 17th, shuffled two places up the leaderboard to 14th after dropping their worst score.
