There has been no racing on day two of sailing's Laser World Championships off the Korean coast.
35 to 45 knot winds and massive waves are preceding a typhoon closing in on the event, so New Zealanders Andrew Murdoch, Michael Bullot, Matt Blakey, Matt Coutts and David Weaver have stayedon terra firma.
There will be a start three hours earlier than usual today, attempting to get some racing in before the breeze kicks in.
Three races are scheduled, although the forecast is for even stronger winds in the coming days.
