Maloney finished fourth in a dramatic medal race that saw overall leader Tom Burton of Australia relegated to fourth overall. Gold went to local sailor Rutger van Schaardenburg, who was lying fourth but won the medal race and the regatta.
Maloney's bronze is his third medal for 2013 after winning gold at the Sailing World Cup in Hyeres and also at Garda. Teammate Sam Meech finished third in the medal race for fifth overall.
Both Maloney and Meech now head to the UK for next month's next round of the Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup at the Sail for Gold Regatta. The pair are also part of the New Zealand team competing at the Youth America's Cup in San Francisco in September.
Snow-Hansen and Willcox took out the men's 470 medal race featuring the top six-placed boats, which saw them climb from fourth to second but it was not quite enough to overtake Olympic champion Matt Belcher from Australia.
Overall New Zealand results from the Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup Delta Lloyd Regatta at Medemblik, the Netherlands, overnight (NZT):
