The Australians struck womens fours gold in the world bowls championships at Burnside yesterday.
And its mens team claimed silver in the triples, after one of the most gripping finals in the sports history, when the match went into an extra end decider after final scores were tied.

Englands golden guys Rob Paxton, Andy Knapper and Jamie Walker - and also the Aussies Aron Sherriff, Mark Casey and Barrie Lester on a brilliant final - sad there had to be a winner!
Earlier in the day Englands previously unbeaten womens four of Jamie-Lea Winch, Rebecca Wigfield, Wendy King and Ellen Falkner, were comprehensively over-run by the Aussies Kelsey Cottrell, Carla Krizanic, Bec Van Asch and new world singles champion of champions Natasha Scott.
This morning the Australians have a third crack at gold this weekend when its combination of Brett Wilkie and Aaron Wilson sort out the world pairs crown with Irelands Gary Kelly and Ian McClure.
It will be a crackerjack encounter between two richly talented teams whose contrasting style of play will be a feature.
Then at 1pm the familiar Aussie wattle and green livery will feature on SKY-TVs direct television coverage when the womens singles final between defending champion Karen Murphy and Scotlands Lesley Doig will decide who should don the coveted singles crown for the next four years.
Murphy is seeking to become the first women to win back-to-back singles titles since Irelands Margaret Johnston in 2000 and 2004
