APNZ looks at the sporting week in numbers.

2004 - The Silver Ferns might be feeling pretty good about life right now after getting their hands on the Constellation Cup for the first time with a game in hand but it is their first series win over Australian since 2004.

10,000 - Sonny Bill Williams' ripped All Blacks' jersey from last year's World Cup defeat of Tonga raised $10,000 at auction for charity. In unrelated news, Flip Tackle chucked his old club jersey that had been ripped in the rubbish.

0 - The number of times Argentina have beaten the All Blacks in 15 tests between the two countries. The Pumas will hope to change that next weekend when they host New Zealand in Buenos Aires.

1928 - Shane Cameron will become the first New Zealand-born boxer since Tom Heeney in 1928 to contest a genuine world title fight when he takes on Australian veteran Danny Green for the vacant IBO cruiserweight title in Melbourne in November. David Tua was born in Samoa.

4 - Cyclist Linda Villumsen won her fourth world championships medal when she claimed bronze in the individual time trial this week. She is also the only New Zealand rider to win an elite medal at any road world championships.

1 - The number of times Counties Manukau have been restricted to less than 30 points in their six ITM Cup games. Even then, they scored 27 against North Harbour and they now have a differential of +94, the best in the competition.

28 - The number of players the All Blacks are taking to Argentina and South Africa. One is Dan Carter, who has missed the last two tests with a calf injury and whose fitness is still an issue. It means the All Blacks need to take three first five-eighths on tour and leave a prop behind.

5 - All Whites striker Chris Wood has been farmed out on loan five times since joining English Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion in 2009. At least the latest one didn't start with the letter B, after his moves to Bristol City, Barnsley, Brighton & Hove Albion and Birmingham City - the 20-year-old's has join saarf London outfit Millwall, who play in the Championship.

2 - It should be a lot greater than two, but that was the number of weeks Springboks prop Dean Greyling was suspended for after his brutish attack on Richie McCaw in last week's Dunedin's test. Pitiful.

4 - Sydney FC stumped up $4 million to lure former Italian international striker Alessandro Del Piero to play in the A-League. It's a lot of money for football clubs in this part of the world but about what stepover king Cristiano Ronaldo earns in about a month from his various sources of income.
