Kiwi Michael Venus and his Croatian partner Mate Pavic have made a strong start to the doubles at the ATP Tour's Shenzhen Open in China.
The third seeds fresh from losing the final in Metz at the weekend, have beaten a Chinese wildcard pair 6-4,6-2 to reach the quarter finals.
