Tennis: Puerta's ban reduced from eight years to two

LONDON - The ban on Argentine tennis player Mariano Puerta following a positive dope test has been reduced to two years from the original eight, the Court of Arbitration for Sport said on Wednesday.

The start of the ban is backdated to June 5, 2005.
