Tennis: Nielsen to lead off in Davis Cup tie

New Zealand No 1 Mark Nielsen will lead the charge for the host Davis Cup side in their Asia-Oceania group two tennis tie against Kuwait.

Nielsen will play the opening singles match against Kuwait No.2 Abdullah Magdas at the North Harbour tennis centre in Auckland tomorrow after today's draw.

New Zealand No 2 GD Jones will face Kuwait No.1 Mohammad Al Ghareeb in the second singles match.

In Saturday's doubles, Dan King-Turner teams up with Nielsen to play Al Ghareeb and Mohamed-Khaliq Siddiq.

The reverse singles matches will be played on Sunday.
