Tennis: Nielsen heads Davis Cup line-up

The New Zealand Davis Cup team for next month's clash with Kazakhstan has been confirmed, with Mark Nielsen (North Harbour), G.D. Jones (Auckland), Matt Prentice (Wellington) and Dan King-Turner (Canterbury) making up the side.

The tie, the first at North Harbour, is to be held indoors at the North Harbour Tennis Park in Albany on March 4-6.

At the North Harbour Futures starting today, 10 New Zealanders make up the 32-player draw. The big match of the first round features Nielsen against top-seed Vasilis Mazarakis of Greece.
