Tennis: Nadal continues clay dominance

Rafael Nadal has continued his dominance of the clay court tennis season with a third title in as many events.

The Spaniard has won the Madrid Masters for the fifth time with a 7-6, 6-4 victory over young Austrian Dominic Thiem.

It adds to titles Nadal has won in Monte Carlo and Barcelona and he will play in Rome this week before turning his attention to a quest for a 10th French Open title in Paris.
