Tennis: Hewitt focused on open despite injury

Australian tennis player Lleyton Hewitt remains upbeat about the US Open in two weeks' time despite a worrying knee injury.

Hewitt limped out of the Toronto Masters yesterday after retiring midway through the second set of his match against Swede Thomas Johansson.

Results from scans of his knee are expected in the next day.
