Tennis: Good start for Kiwi Venus

Top ranked New Zealand doubles player Michael Venus has made a good start to the ATP tour's Estoril Open.

Venus and American partner Ryan Harrison have beaten top seeds Aussie Sam Groth and Swede Robert Lindstedt 6-3, 5-7, 10-4 in the super tie break.

Venus is ranked 41 in the latest doubles rankings with fellow Kiwis Marcus Daniell and Artem Sitak 48th and 60th respectively.
