Serena Williams creates Instagram account for newborn daughter

Tennis legend Serena Williams has shared a precious new photo of her baby girl, Alexis.

Williams captioned the new picture, "Biceps" with baby Ohanian flexing her adorable little muscles.

She's also sporting a onesie that says, "Smart and Strong like my Mama".

The tennis star tagged her daughter in the original post she shared simultaneously announcing the wonderful creation of Alexis' own Instagram page.

The account titled, "olympiaohanian" has already accumulated an eyebrow raising 34.6k followers and it's steadily rising.

With Williams having already been so open about her journey with her pregnancy and her daughter through sharing Instagram stories, there is sure to be many more baby snaps to come.

Alexis carries the same name as her father and Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian.

For complications still not known the new mum confirmed herself she stayed in hospital for a week after giving birth.

Alexis was born on September 1 in West Palm Beach Florida weighing 3.1kg.

The tennis star has also cheekily confessed she knew she was pregnant two weeks before playing the Australian Open.

She even kissed her trophy calling it, "my baby".
