"I have had calls from people I haven't spoken to in years," Jenks, from Takapuna, said. "I had no idea I was so popular."
The 14m x 6m temporary apartment has a fully stocked bar in the living room, as well as all the mod cons, a 24-hour private concierge and upmarket catering on tap.
Jenks and his girlfriend also get access to a gym, pool and spa plus tickets to the Heineken Open Baseline Afterparty.
Stars competing at the tournament include world No3 David Ferrer, German ace Tommy Haas, American hotshot John Isner and Spaniard Tommy Robredo.
"This is going to be fantastic and what a start it will be to the New Year," Jenks added.
