Gym reports have revealed the zippiest northern player in four Mitre 10 Cup teams - and it's a forward.
Northland loosie Kara Pryor has the quickest time over 10 metres, at 1.45 seconds, while Jack Whetton, son of the outstanding All Black lock Gary Whetton, records the best bench press among the Northland, Auckland, Counties Manukau and Hawke's Bay teams.
The results, which were obtained by Stuff, are for one lift or sprint during the early part of the year, with Super Rugby players mainly excluded.
