Soccer: Ronaldinho to move to Barcelona

Brazilian World Cup-winning midfielder Ronaldinho has signed a five-year contract with Barcelona.

Media reports said the Spanish club had agreed to pay Paris St Germain between €25 million ($49 million) and €30 million for Ronaldinho, in a deal that will be officially announced today.

Barcelona had to fight off bids from Manchester United and Real Madrid for the 23-year-old, an influential figure in Brazil's World Cup triumph last year.
