Skating: Dobbin takes medal tally to five

Palmerston North's Kalon Dobbin won four medals at the world inline speedskating championships in France.

Dobbin won the 300m track event, finished second in the 500m road event and third in the 500m track event and 300m road event. His younger brother Shane finished second in the 10km points race, taking New Zealand's medal tally to five.

Four hundred skaters from 31 countries took part in the week-long championships, which ended in Valence d'Agen yesterday.
