Elite sportsmen and women are no strangers to training at altitude to improve their performance.
But Saracens put a new spin on the traditional training method on Tuesday by practising their passing while jumping off swimming pool diving boards.
The Premiership outfit are currently enjoying a warm weather camp onthe island of Bermuda as they continue their preparations for the new season.
Ten of the squad took part in the amusing challenge, which involved them trying to find their team-mates while jumping from the boards into the pool.
Despite taking off from a range of different heights, the European champions managed an impressive five successful passes down the line before one hit the water. "A solid skills session," England full-back Alex Goode wrote on Twitter.
It's not all been fun and games for Saracens, however. Brad Barritt and his team-mates have also been being put their paces at the home of America's Cup team Oracle USA.
The likes of Maro Itoje and Mako Vunipola, who have rejoined their team-mates following the Lions' summer tour of New Zealand, took part in a gruelling gym session and used the boxing facilities on hand to gear up for the new season.
"Thanks for having us @Saracens @oracleteamusa! Fantastic facility. Top way to start my bday," former England centre Barritt wrote on Twitter.
Saracens were beaten in last season's domestic semi-final by Exeter and, as well as working out in the gym, their squad were allowed a bit of down time on the white-sanded beaches of the island.
The likes of Owen Farrell enjoyed a dip in the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean ahead of their first Aviva Premiership clash with Northampton on September 2.
