Weather Watch
Beautiful sunshine, no rain, no thunderstorms and no breeze - well that's what Emirates Team New Zealand is thinking for the next five days anyway. We can worry about the weather on Sunday when racing resumes.
Term of the day
Jack. A jack is another word for a sailor. Also jack tar or just tar. A jack can also be a flag. Typically the flag was talked about as if it were a member of the crew. Strictly speaking, a flag is only a jack if it is worn at the jackstaff at the bow of a ship.
Quotes of the day
"We'd like to keep going while we're on a bit of a roll but the schedule is the schedule and we've known that for a long time." - Emirates Team NZ skipper Glenn Ashby.
"They were pretty impressive, I thought, accelerating - certainly at a lot of the transitions around the race track." - Oracle skipper Jimmy Spithill.
"This isn't our first rodeo. We've been in this position before and we've had less time before so we have got five important days and we'll be using every single hour of it." - Spithill.
"[Oracle Team USA] have five days to do something to their boat to try and make it a little faster on the foils. I just wouldn't rule them out yet. Conditions could change and that is another thing that could have an effect on Team New Zealand." - Cup winning tactician Brad Butterworth.

No need to for the next few days. Racing takes a break until Sunday morning when races five and six are scheduled. Catch up on some sleep before it all starts again on Sunday.
