Brumbies centre Stirling Mortlock has been voted Australian Super 12 rugby player of the year.
Mortlock overcame a mid-season ankle injury to finish with 15 points and edge out Waratah David Lyons (13) and the Reds' Ben Tune (12) and Chris Latham (10).
