A top-grade rugby match in Rotorua is usually a lively event. It was tonight as the Chiefs gave the Bulls a lesson in all-action footy.

It also threw up a number of questions

What will the Chiefs do now with their halfbacks in the run towards the playoffs because Augustine Pulu was dynamic in his chance ahead of Brad Weber? Where does that leave the injured Tawera Kerr-Barlow?

Will the Chiefs locking crisis persuade Ross Filipo to hang in for the rest of the tournament after his rousing comeback match? And isn't Hika Elliot putting the test comeback heat on with his stretch of strong games?

When will the touchies intervene for flattish and forward passes?

Why does such a talent as Damian McKenzie try that off-centre right foot kick for touch rather than using a drop punt or his left foot?

How much time does Ben Tameifuna or his teammates spend in fashioning his new hair do each week?

Don't you love the aggression Liam Messam brings to every combat as he's moved into the later stages of his career?
