TONIGHT
POOL C
Georgia v Uruguay Sydney, 9.30pm
A wooden-spoon battle which will have as much intensity as a clash for the top spot. Australia is home to about 30,000 Uruguayans, most of them in Sydney, so it will be a "home" match for the South Americans.
Herald pick: The first draw of
the tournament.

THE ENGLAND XVI Tournament director Fraser Neill is awaiting a full report on an incident in which England had an extra player on the field during their win over Samoa.
Neill said no decision would be made until a report from match commissioner Geoff Shaw and the fifth official had been assessed.
The incident occurred late in the match when reserve winger Dan Luger went on while centre Mike Tindall was being treated for an injury.
Luger made a tackle and was then sent from the field by referee Jonathan Kaplan.
LESLIE APPEAL The appeal against the 12-week suspension imposed on Scotland flanker Martin Leslie will be heard tomorrow.
Canadian Graeme Mew will chair a three-man appeals committee, which includes Guillermo Tragant, of Argentina, and Australia's John Freedman.
Leslie was banned for 12 weeks for kneeing United States back Jason Keyter in the head during a pool B match in Brisbane last week.
Leslie, a New Zealander, denied the charge, saying he had been trying to clear the centre out of a ruck.
FLYING VISIT England loose forward Martin Corry has flown home to be with his pregnant wife.
He went to Melbourne Airport immediately after sitting on the reserves bench during his side's win over Samoa.
Corry's wife, Tara, is due to give birth to the couple's first child within the next few days.
Corry, 30, is expected to rejoin England at their Gold Coast base on Friday and to be available for their final pool C game against Uruguay on Sunday.
Centre Will Greenwood, who missed the Samoa game after returning home to be with wife Caro - in hospital because of pregnancy complications - was due to rejoin the squad late last night.
FIGHTBACK TALK Wales skipper Colin Charvis said he was inspired to lead his country into the quarter-finals by criticism from former Wales - and Auckland - coach Graham Henry that he should be dropped from the team.
Henry, who coached Charvis with Wales and the 2001 Lions before stepping down from the national team 19 months ago, claimed that the 30-year-old should be axed and his captain's job given to Martyn Williams.
"There is a lot of history between Graham and me, and I am sure everything he says is with a pinch of salt," Charvis said. "I know how the guy works."
