The Herald website is looking for people in France at the Rugby World Cup who can be the eyesand ears of New Zealand at the contest. We have a team of top reporters and photographers at the Cup but they cannot be everywhere.
So, we are looking for material from citizen journalists to help cover the Cup. It could be a photo, piece of video, story or a regular blog.
