New Zealand referees Paddy O'Brien, Paul Honiss and Steve Walsh have been confirmed on the officials panel for the World Cup.
Australian Peter Marshall will referee England's potentially explosive Pool C encounter against South Africa in Perth.
Andrew Cole, Stuart Dickinson and Scott Marshall complete Australia's quartet for the tournament and England's officials will be Tony Spreadbury and Chris White.
Ireland also provide two officials in David McHugh and Alain Rolland, and Nigel Williams is Wales' solitary candidate. The other referees appointed are Frenchman Joel Jutge and Argentina's Pablo Deluca.
