Namibia's Rugby World Cup buildup has been thrown into turmoil after two players and the assistant coach quit over differences with head coach Dave Waterston.
Winger Riaan van Wyk and an unidentified player walked out of the national squad after Van Wyk said they had lost faith in New Zealander Waterston's management style and the national union's executive committee.
Assistant coach Paul Kaplan also cited differences with Waterston.
Namibia's opening match is October 14 against Argentina.
