Atmosphere
For the ABs game, the crowd was lively and festive. There were just as many yellow shirts, wigs and flags as there were black. However the Kiwi fans were arguably louder. You would've thought Quade Cooper had shot someone, with the crowd booing every time he touched the ball. The
bitterness was there in the Wales game too, with a few players getting booed.

Staff and security
Not much to fault. The security was very tight, with several security guards posted at the one gate. Bags were thoroughly checked also. Volunteers were friendly and helpful. They also welcomed people as they approached.

Fan trail
Despite the blisters, the fan trail was great. Lots of entertainment to keep the walkers happy including activities, free icecream and famous lookalikes. The Aussies were much more rowdy than the Kiwi fans on it.

Transport
An estimated 11,000 people walked the fan trail for the Wales game - a new record- and about 26,500 took public transport to Eden Park. The network cleared crowds from around the stadium within the hour. Last night's figures were not known.

Food and services
The facilities around Eden Park have been running smoothly for the capacity crowds but as always there were long - but reasonable - lines for food and a shortage of coffee stalls.
