Dallaglio: I've blown it

Former England captain Lawrence Dallaglio has conceded he has lost his chance of re-establishing himself as the first choice No 8 through his performance in the opening World Cup game.

"Everyone wants to be in the starting lineup," he said. "I had one chance and I blew the opportunity in the first game against America.

" Time is not on the side of the 35-year-old, who came out of international retirement two years ago.
