Bush tucker, Aboriginal art, even a heart-stopping crocodile attack - the Wallabies Rugby World Cup team did not miss much in their whirlwind Northern Territory tour.
The team flew out of Darwin yesterday, refreshed and full of stories after their four-day Top End training camp that included a night camping in one of the most remote parts of Australia.
Winger Lote Tuqiri even got some unexpected speed skills training during a fishing trip at dusk yesterday, when he had a near miss with a large saltwater crocodile.
The 4m crocodile nearly capsized their boat and Tuqiri had to jump out of its way.
The Wallabies ate bush tucker, fished for barramundi, viewed some rock art and went on a sunset tour in the pristine wilderness, which is home to more than 270 species of birds, crocodiles and other wildlife.
