The English rugby team have been fined $113,000, half of which was suspended, for breaching the World Cup participation agreement for failing to meet their post-match media requirements following their defeat by Australia, according to the Telegaph.
England are also understood to have failed to provide four players for non-right holders broadcasters following the defeat, which knocked Stuart Lancaster's side out of the tournament.
The Telegraph has reported that half the fine was suspended dependent on England's behaviour for their final pool A match against Uruguay in Manchester, and having met their requirements by making 10 players available, the RFU's fine was effectively reduced to just over $56,000.
